As of late, some skin issues have made me reconsider what I eat and what I put on my skin. I’m not calling it anything because I don’t know how long I can commit. But for now, my ‘vanity’ (i.e. bathroom shelf) is almost exclusively natural, and my fridge is almost exclusively vegan. As I’m trying out different things, products, techniques, I wanted to really be able to see what works for me. The solution? Writing it all down in a wellness journal. So I’m collecting everything I’ve eaten or put on my face, the water I drank, and the exercise I may or may not have done.
