DIY pinboard in under 5 minutes

DIY Pinboard from Embroidery Hoops - Kittenhood

This is probably one of the easiest projects in the world, and one with very few supplies too. I’ve needed some sort of inspiration board in front of my desk for so long, and was able to put this together in less than 5 minutes. Why did I wait so long? I have no clue. Don’t be like me, go ahead and start gathering these (three) things right away:

Turn an Embroidery Hoop into a Pinboard - Kittenhood

What you need:

  • embroidery hoop(s)
  • fabric of your choice
  • scissors

Stretch a piece of fabric over an embroidery hoop, then screw the hoop closed. Trim all the excess fabric on the back. Repeat with another hoop if desired. Hang on the wall. This would look nice with a bunch of different sized hoops, or with different colors of fabric – it’s up to you to customize it as you wish.

See? I told you it was more than easy.
