Tiralahilacha dress (c/o) + Birkenstocks + Uniqlo sunglasses + handmade bag
It looks like my trip to Lisbon last week marked the beginning of summer. Yaas! Year after year, the first time I get to wear bare legs and sandals is a celebration. I’ve been keeping this beautiful Tiralahilacha dress in my closet, just waiting for the perfect weather and occasion to wear it. And, at last, it came! I’m in love with the red boats and blue birds print, the peter pan collar and, last but not least, the fact that it’s ethically made. The fabric is beautiful and durable organic cotton, which is known for having a lower impact on the environment than regular cotton. Moreover, it’s free from harmful toxic substances, which has become more and more important to me as of late. I have another one of their dresses from last year and I have to say, the fabric behaves very well with regular wear. Since it’s a summer dress, I’ve already washed it a bunch of times, but the print still looks vivid and the fabric is still fresh. With these two, I’m pretty much set for summer.
